1. Acceptance and scope

These terms apply to the public website operated under the name Australian Inclusion Care Solution. They do not replace any service agreement, consent form, care plan, funding arrangement or other document agreed separately.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the website. Additional terms may apply to a particular service, form, resource or third-party platform and will be presented where relevant.

2. General information only

Website information is provided to explain our business, service categories, service area and enquiry pathways. It is general information and is not tailored to a particular participant’s circumstances.

Nothing on the website is medical, nursing, legal, financial, therapeutic or NDIS funding advice. Do not use website information to diagnose a condition, change treatment, alter medication, make an urgent clinical decision or determine whether a support will be funded.

NDIS funding, plan decisions and eligibility are determined by the relevant authorities and individual plan arrangements. Registered provider status does not mean every requested support is funded, available or appropriate for every participant.

3. Enquiries and service arrangements

An enquiry is an invitation to discuss possible support. It does not create a provider-participant relationship, confirm acceptance or guarantee a service.

Service suitability and availability depend on the participant’s needs, location, suitable staff availability and an agreed service arrangement. Information provided during an enquiry may need to be clarified or verified before any decision is made.

If support is agreed, the rights and responsibilities of each party will be set out in the relevant service agreement and related documents. If there is a conflict between these website terms and a signed service agreement, the signed agreement applies to the service relationship to the extent of the conflict.

4. Emergency and urgent situations

The website, enquiry form, email address and general phone number are not monitored as emergency services and must not be used for urgent medical, safety or crisis assistance.

Call 000 for an immediate or life-threatening emergency. For other urgent concerns, contact an appropriate health professional, crisis service or emergency authority.

5. Your responsibilities

When using the website or submitting information, you agree to:

• provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge;

10. Liability and legal rights

To the extent permitted by law, Australian Inclusion Care Solution is not responsible for loss arising solely from use of, inability to use or reliance on general website information, external links or third-party services.
