Explore quick answers about courses, intakes, admissions, fees, support services, and life at Australian Inclusion Care Solution.
Which areas do you currently service?
We primarily provide NDIS and disability support across Greater Adelaide. South Australia is our broader regional context, but we do not guarantee availability throughout every part of the state. Location and suitable staff availability are considered before services are confirmed.
Are you accepting new NDIS participants?
We are currently accepting enquiries from new NDIS participants in Greater Adelaide. Acceptance and service commencement depend on the participant’s needs, location, suitable staff availability and an agreed service arrangement. Because availability may change, we recommend enquiring to confirm the current position.
How do I start an enquiry?
You can submit an enquiry through our website or contact us by phone or email. Tell us who requires support, the type of assistance being considered and any relevant circumstances. This helps us understand the enquiry and prepare for a more focused conversation.
When will you respond to enquiries?
We aim to contact you within three to five business days after receiving your enquiry. We may respond by phone or email using the contact details you provide. This timeframe relates to our initial response and does not guarantee immediate acceptance or service commencement.
Can families or professionals enquire for participants?
Yes. We welcome enquiries from participants, parents, families, support coordinators, plan managers, case managers, hospitals, schools and allied health professionals. Where someone is enquiring on another person’s behalf, we encourage them to provide relevant information while respecting the participant’s preferences and involvement.
How do you plan individual supports?
We begin by discussing the participant’s goals, daily routines, support needs, care requirements and circumstances. We use this information to consider which services may be relevant and how support could be delivered. Any arrangement remains subject to suitability, location, staff availability and agreement with the participant.
What affects service availability and suitability?
Availability depends on the participant’s individual needs, location, suitable staff capacity and the agreed service arrangement. Nursing, transport-related assistance, appointment times and particular staff cannot be guaranteed before these details are discussed and confirmed.
What in-home support can you provide?
We can discuss personal care, daily routine assistance, meal preparation, household tasks and everyday skill development within the participant’s home. Support is planned around individual needs and routines without promising specific outcomes or assuming the same approach will suit every person.
How can you support community participation and access?
We can support participants with social outings, shopping, group activities, community participation and access to education or employment-related activities. We discuss the participant’s goals, preferences, practical needs and suitable staffing before agreeing on how community support will be delivered.
Can you help me attend appointments or activities?
We may support participants to attend appointments, shopping trips, social activities, education or employment-related activities. The exact arrangement depends on the participant’s needs, location, staff availability and any transport requirements that need to be discussed during planning.
Do you provide participant transport?
We may provide transport-related support as part of accessing appointments or community activities, but we do not advertise a dedicated transport service. Vehicle availability, staff transport and particular arrangements are not guaranteed and must be discussed before support is confirmed.
What Community Nursing Care can you provide?
Our approved Community Nursing Care may include health monitoring, wound care, diabetes support, continence support, post-hospital support, nursing assessments, care planning, medication support and other agreed nursing assistance. Suitability depends on the participant’s needs, available nursing staff and the service arrangement.
Can you provide medication support?
Yes. Medication support may be available through Community Nursing Care when it is relevant to the participant’s needs and falls within the agreed nursing arrangement. We discuss requirements carefully and do not make open-ended promises about every medication-related task or clinical need.
Can you support me after hospital discharge?
Post-hospital nursing support is one of the areas we may discuss through Community Nursing Care. We consider the participant’s needs, existing clinical instructions, available nursing staff and the proposed service arrangement. Our support does not replace emergency care or medical advice from treating health professionals.
Do you provide emergency nursing care?
No. We do not provide emergency medical or emergency nursing care. Anyone experiencing an urgent or life-threatening health situation should contact the appropriate emergency service. Our Community Nursing Care is planned in advance according to assessed needs, staff availability and an agreed arrangement.
Who provides your nursing services?
AHPRA-registered nurses are available for relevant Community Nursing Care. Our wider team also includes trained social workers and support staff. The professional involved will depend on the type of support required, suitability and availability.
Do you provide SIL accommodation or properties?
No. We do not provide SIL properties, shared accommodation, housing vacancies or residential placements. Our role is limited to providing support staff for participants already living in SIL or shared living arrangements, and offering support to find suitable housing where appropriate.
Can you support me in an existing SIL arrangement?
Yes. We may provide support staff for participants already living in SIL or another shared living arrangement. Support may include help with personal care, daily routines and practical activities within the home. We provide staffing support, not the property or accommodation itself.
Can you help me find suitable housing?
We may support participants to find suitable housing where needed. We do not own or manage properties, guarantee placements, advertise vacancies or provide accommodation. The support available will be discussed according to the participant’s circumstances and agreed service scope.
What Plan Management support do you offer?
We offer Plan Management as a secondary service. Because individual requirements and arrangements vary, we discuss the available support during the enquiry process. We avoid making unconfirmed promises about payment timeframes, portals, reporting features or administrative processes before the details have been agreed.
How do you provide culturally aware support?
We take time to understand each participant’s background, preferences, routines, family circumstances and communication needs without making assumptions. Our aim is to provide respectful, personalised support for people from different cultural backgrounds while keeping every arrangement practical and centred on the individual.
Can you work with my family or professionals?
We may work alongside families, support coordinators, plan managers, case managers, schools, hospitals, allied health professionals and other relevant agencies where appropriate. We do not assume formal partnerships. Involvement is guided by the participant’s circumstances, preferences and agreed support arrangements.
Can you support every disability or care need?
We do not claim to support every disability, health condition or possible care requirement. We discuss each enquiry individually to understand the participant’s needs and determine whether suitable services and staff may be available. Where support is not suitable, we avoid making commitments we cannot responsibly meet.
What information do you need from me?
It helps to explain who needs support, their age group, location, goals, daily routines and the type of assistance being considered. You may also share relevant nursing needs, living arrangements, people involved in planning and any practical concerns that could affect suitability or availability.
How soon can you begin my support?
We cannot guarantee an immediate start date. Service commencement depends on understanding the participant’s needs, confirming location and staff availability, agreeing on the support arrangement and completing any necessary discussions. Our initial enquiry response is normally made within three to five business days.
